LOCAL ORDERS
If you are not satisfied with your delivered product, an email must be sent to sales@innovative-keepsakes.com within 5 days of delivery. Please state clearly your reason for dissatisfaction and include your Merchant Card ID. Innovative Keepsakes will first contact you to investigate to complaint. If the item has not been used and is still in the original packaging, Innovative Keepsakes will consider replacing the item or making a refund provided;

The item(s) has not been damaged by the customer or during return delivery. |

The order(s) are defective, were wrongly produced by Innovative Keepsakes or contains pictures other than specified by the customer. |

The item(s) must be returned to Innovative Keepsakes before a refund or replacement is considered. |
| 4. |
Innovative Keepsakes will not communicate with the customer directly and not 3 rd parties for or on behalf of the customer. |
| 5. |
The condition(s) for refund or exchange will still be at the discretion of Innovative Keepsakes |
The cost for return of item(s) by courier or mail must be borne by the customer. Items that are returned without contacting Innovative Keepsakes first will not be exchanged or given a refund for. Please note that Item(s) that have been imprinted with images uploaded by the customer will be of the same quality as uploaded pictures.
Innovative Keepsakes reserves the right to reject the returned item(s) for replacement or refund if the complaint is found to be misrepresented by the customer (not be defective or wrongly filled). If the customer then requests for the item to be returned, Innovative Keepsakes may impose a handling fee equivalent to twice the value of returned items in addition to reversing the delivery charges.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Same conditions as LOCAL ORDERS except Innovative Keepsakes will not be held responsible if you use a carrier that doesn't offer shipment tracking for all returns or if you don't insure your package for safe return to Innovative Keepsakes or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
Replacement: The same item(s) that you ordered will be shipped to you at Innovative Keepsakes' expense provided the replacement has been agreed to by Innovative Keepsakes.
(For Both Local & Overseas Customers) CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer immediately after an order is placed and another one after successful submission electronic payment. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action. FEEDBACK
